About the Position 

Arteric is seeking a digital marketing analyst with extensive experience and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint to play a critical role in the analysis of millions of customer interactions for global healthcare brands. Data and digital marketing insights drive crucial business decisions, shape marketing spend, and are an essential indicator of growth & performance.

At Arteric, we combine data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, MailChimp, and a variety of other sources to create ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports for a variety of clients with revenues between $10MM and $14B. Your responsibility is to produce these reports and work with senior digital strategists, paid search experts, and organic search experts to mine insights and deliver these reports to Arteric’s customers.

We expect you to be exceptionally competent with the platforms, numbers, and the basics of statistics. You must be exceedingly detail-oriented, deeply curious, enthusiastic, and compelled to create accurate, defect-free reports. We set a high bar, and we are looking for someone to help us raise it.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, You Will

  • Create ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics reports in PPT
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into the aforementioned reports
  • Analyze the data, seeking insights about customer and competitive behavior
  • Create tagging manifests to ensure proper coverage and implementation of required events
  • Perform forensic analysis of data to identify gaps and anomalies, and provide recommendations on how to reconcile them
  • Configure goals
  • Set up filtering in Google Analytics
  • Be the gatekeeper of all digital data and dashboards
  • Perform hygiene and quality control steps for all data sets
  • Create and own dashboards by using existing data, and data from new channels
  • Architect consistent overall data and analytical toolsets that leverage key systems such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and others similar in nature


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years digital data/analytics experience
  • Must have authored dashboards from scratch to fulfill demanding business needs
  • Expert level knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Comprehensive understanding of user behavior on websites, direct email, organic search, and paid search
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of statistical methods
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills


  • Google BigQuery
  • Domo, Tableau, Improvado, or other dashboarding solution

This is a full-time, onsite position at Arteric’s office in Summit, NJ.
