Account Supervisor

About the position

Arteric is seeking an accomplished account supervisor to join our client services team in Summit, NJ. The ideal candidate is a motivated, empathic, detail-oriented, organized team player with a proven track record at digital marketing agencies.

As an account supervisor, you will have the primary responsibility of ensuring that all current and emerging client needs are met across multiple clients. You’ll collaborate with the client to identify the brand’s needs, make data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations, document the decisions, communicate them to the team, strategize solutions, and own the final delivery of all digital projects. You will be the champion of the brand’s vision by working closely within a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and other agencies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining powerful client relationships and driving organic growth within your client portfolio. In order to achieve this, you’ll have to understand the science behind the product, the brand’s commercial strategy, and the digital strategy that will drive client revenue and script growth.

 

As a digital healthcare account supervisor, you will:

  • Lead multiple client accounts with minimal supervision across all agency digital projects, including digital strategy, website design, software development, SEO, PPC, and more
  • Ensure that clients are delighted with every project delivery
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and growth
  • Manage relationships with partner agency leads to ensure optimal collaboration
  • Partner with the project management team to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Lead internal and external status meetings
  • Develop presentations including new business pitches, strategic recommendations, etc.
  • Write clear, concise emails, status reports, and conference reports
  • Write SOWs in partnership with senior account management and digital production teams
  • Manage and report on budget utilization
  • Manage legal, regulatory, and medical review process
  • Grow client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities for business development
  • Participate in pitch team activities
  • Manage medical, legal and regulatory review processes with support from AE

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a digital agency environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or a similar regulated industry
  • Expertise in digital marketing projects, including digital strategy, website development, PPC, & SEO
  • Proven track record of supervising large-scale digital projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Technical knowledge of how websites are built and delivered
  • Experience in understanding and delivering website analytics reports
