I love the atmosphere at Arteric. It's the kind of place that rewards forward-thinking and taking initiative. We are a real team here, and a lot of times it feels more like family. We work hard and play hard, and have an extraordinary commitment to excellence and quality. The high-freedom environment here also brings everyone closer to achieving the ever-elusive work/life balance, and that is essential for my family.
I've spent my entire career in the digital space and I still manage to learn something new every day. That's my favorite part of working in web and app development; there is always a new technology, a new idea, a new project and all new challenges. As a project manager, I see the full spectrum of every project, from start to finish, and the sense of accomplishment when a project is complete and successful is so satisfying.
Previous to joining the Arteric team, I have worked in varying roles and digital project management for major Web sites like CNN, SHAPE, Men's Fitness, OK Magazine, Fit Pregnancy and more. I also spent many years working for Web sites of broadcast network affiliates like CBS' KKTV.com and News12.com. One of my favorite professional accomplishments is working as an adjunct professor for Hofstra University, teaching digital journalism. My career has brought me around the country from Long Island, NY to Nashville, TN, Colorado Springs, CO, New York City, NY, and finally settled in suburban New Jersey.
When I am not at work, I am usually playing with my 2-year-old daughter, trying to find time to relax with my husband, planning home redecorating/renovation projects or traveling to see family and friends.
