Allie is co-founder and vice president of Arteric. She has designed for digital platforms, with the occasional brand development or printed item, for over 15 years. Allie has a deep understanding of web design, having built websites from soup to nuts, back when web designers also had to be programmers.
Today, Allie is grateful that she gets to work in a wonderfully collaborative environment with the best programmers in the industry and no longer does programming herself. You will find her wearing many different hats at Arteric. In addition to keeping a foot in the design world, she is also involved with social media and digital marketing campaigns.
When she is not at work, you will find Allie being active indoors or out. She is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, swing (Lindy Hop) dancer, yogi and aspiring surfer (it is harder than it looks). She is an accomplished recreational diver (that means she has seen many pretty fish) and a certified cave diver (she has also seen underwater cave formations). Allie also loves watching foreign films, especially Spanish films, a language in which she is fluent.
Prior to working at Arteric, Allie worked for Ross Culbert & Lavery, a small design studio in New York City. She designed and implemented websites, interactive presentations, logos, animations and digital marketing pieces for clients such as AT&T, Proskauer Rose, Darby & Darby, Kelley Drye & Warren and Lehman Brothers. Her work has been awarded the RX Club Award of Excellence, a Best of the Web Award and a Golden Web Award.
Allie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Go Heels!
