On-demand communication with healthcare professionals
Market research showed that payer/site-of-care customers want to receive product-related clinical and health economic information between meetings. However, there was no established platform or process for delivering consistent, compliant, approved messages to these payer customers, to drive customer interest and engagement. To meet this challenge, Arteric collaborated with a healthcare agency partner to develop APACS (Automated Payer Communication System), a first-in-market software application. APACS extends and enhances brand value messages and appropriate health economics and outcomes research (HECOR) data by enabling account managers and national account managers to identify and engage on the topics most relevant to each account, thus increasing and optimizing brand contract opportunities.
